Brodie is Walking

Brodie is walking EVERYWHERE! That is all he wants to do! Here is just a sample!

11 Months

Our new infant is no longer an infant! Our baby is 11 months old! Man the time just flies! I used to say that all of the time, but it goes even faster now. We love Brodie and take joy in every day with him! What a gift!

First Haircut

We had Brodie's first haircut November 17th. Only above his ears...and all of two minutes! But it was a BIG deal to all of us! He even got a certificate with his hair clippings attached to it!

Need we say more? He was a trooper and only cried a little! He was happy at the end!

Solids!

Brodie loves broccoli!

Easier to pick up than slippery carrots I guess....

Notice that only the carrots are left! So much for loving what I ate MILLIONS of during pregnancy!

Mommy's Little Helper

Brodie LOVES to help Momma out in the kitchen. He especially loves to clean out the towel and tupperware drawers!

Sooooo HELPFUL! Hahaha!

I forgot to mention that Brodie has been cruising around furniture and things for about a month now and just last week he started crawling! Finally! (Not sure why I was so very impatient for him to do this!) He is into EVERYTHING! I can't believe our boy is 10 months old! What a wonderful gift he is! Oh...and yesterday...he took 10 steps from me to his play station without falling! OH BOY!

First Halloween

I can't believe that Brodie is 10 months old and having his first Halloween! He didn't know it, but we had a blast! He got all dressed up in his pirate duds and Mommy was a pirate wench! We "trick or treated" at the local nursing home in Hutchinson with our friends Elizabeth and Makayla. The elderly residents really loved them! We saw such joy in their eyes! It was very rewarding. Brodie and I also went to EVERY department of the hospital! ED, MS, CCU, X-ray and Lab! We had a great day!
