What a week!

It was an emotional roller coaster of a week last week! We put Tanner to sleep on Monday the 5th, showed the house on Thursday, got an offer Thursday night, countered on Friday, accepted their counter Friday night and got it inspected Saturday! We close Feb 27th. We are now in the process of dealing on that country place we want south of Litchfield! Keep your fingers crossed!
