The Great 8 Birthday Party

We had a 1 year birthday party for all 8 babies that my friends and I at work had together! It was a very busy blast! Alyssa moved to Bismarck so she and Ty were web camming with us on a lap top on the table!

We all had a great time! We missed Alyssa and Ty but hope to meet them in Fargo in April!

What a week!

It was an emotional roller coaster of a week last week! We put Tanner to sleep on Monday the 5th, showed the house on Thursday, got an offer Thursday night, countered on Friday, accepted their counter Friday night and got it inspected Saturday! We close Feb 27th. We are now in the process of dealing on that country place we want south of Litchfield! Keep your fingers crossed!

In Memory of Tanner

Tanner Jake passed away on January 5th 2009. He was a fun, friendly, loyal and kind dog. One that everyone loved! He had a VERY happy tail and when he wagged it his whole body just wiggled! He knew when you were sad...and he gave the best full body hugs! A dog's companionship and friendship are only with us for a little while. Tanner's memory will be with us forever. Rest in peace, my dear..dear friend.

We celebrated Brodie's 1 year birthday and Christmas and Grandma and Grandpa Trapp's place in Marion, ND too. We had a great time! I meant to get family pictures at both places, but as you can see, that didn't happen!

Christmas 2008

Then we headed to Grandma and Grandpa Strangs at Crystal Lake near Pelican Rapids, MN. What a trip that was! 2 cars filled to the brim, a vomiting chocolate lab, a 40 mile extra trip to unlock a running car with 2 dogs, 2 adults and 1 baby stuffed in 1 car......a screaming baby from Sauke Centere to Alexandria....and then safely getting to Mom and Dad's!
