Hello everyone! I am making a picture journal of my growing "baby bump". It was a suggestion to do for your child in one of the MANY books I am reading. What an amazing journey this is! I am happy to share it with you! I am really not sure where the heck this baby is gonna fit in here as it grows! This is at 14 weeks!

Guitar Hero

I got Cody Guitar Hero II for his 35th birthday which was on July 5th. We went out for a nice dinner in Minot and then proceeded to Rock out to this new game! It is so addicting! I have to thank Jeff and Kristi for that one! I tried it there and I was hooked!

Ode to an Orange

An orange, an orange...
a delightful fruit
Watch out when you peel them
Don't get juice up your snoot
Vitamin C and other nutrients galore
Keeps away scurvy and other diseases you'd abhor
An orange, an orange
a bright and beautiful fruit
one that you can truly salute!

Coolin' off

Cody's nephews, Spencer and Hunter, found the perfect spot to cool off a few times over the camping days!!! The stock tank!!

Evening Ride

Cody and I took an evening ride on our own that last evening at Ft. Ransom. It is beautiful country out there. I really had no idea ND had anything that pretty smack in the middle of it!

Woodrow and Preacher seemed to enjoy it as well!

The T-shirt rides again!

The 4th of July week, Cody and I spent with some of his family at Ft. Ransom State Park, ND.

We had a great time camping, eating and horse back riding.

Here is a LOVELY picture of the silly t-shirt again...which he tells me he really doesn't wear that often!!!

Catching up!

Hello all! Yes....I know....it's been a LONG time since I've updated and SOME people, (they'll remain nameless) are requesting new stuff!!!
I know...my life is so very full of new changes....where to start?

1)Cody and I had been talking about getting engaged and thinking next spring would be a lovely time for a wedding! So as we were planning a weekend trip to Mom and Dad's so that he could be a gentleman and ask Dad's permission for my hand in marriage, we found out SOMETHING else......................

2) Low and Behold! Miracle of miracles.....we found out that I am PREGNANT!!!!!!!!! After years and years of fertility treatments etc...a miracle happened! We are so VERY overjoyed!

3) We are now planning a wedding up at my folk's lake home August 11th!

There is more and I will attempt to update soon....I just really need SLEEP....before my 0530 get up time tomorrow for work!
